Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VybeFind, the Vybe Eye intelligence layer, the Vybe Eye Connector plugin for WordPress, and any related websites, APIs, and services (together, the “Service”), operated by VybeFind (“VybeFind,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, pairing a site, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

VybeFind is a multi-tenant AI visibility platform that analyzes search, maps, and AI answer engines, recommends prioritized actions, and — when you connect the Vybe Eye Connector — applies approved changes to your website. The Connector is a client for the Service; it performs no action until you pair it with an active VybeFind workspace and approve changes within that workspace.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and pairing codes. You must have authority to connect any website, Google property, or other data source you link to the Service.

3. Your content and site changes

You retain ownership of your websites, content, and data. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any change before it is applied to your site. Changes applied through the Connector are recorded in a local change log and can be rolled back with one click. VybeFind is not responsible for the impact of changes you approve on your search rankings, traffic, or revenue.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data belonging to other tenants, reverse-engineering the platform except as permitted by law, using the Service to violate the terms of any connected provider (such as Google or DataForSEO), or applying the Service to sites you do not control.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (for example Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and DataForSEO). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective providers’ terms. The Vybe Eye Connector is licensed separately under the GPLv2 or later; these Terms govern your use of the hosted Service the Connector connects to.

6. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any recommendation will produce a particular result. SEO and AI-visibility outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VybeFind will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and unpair the Connector at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
