Privacy Policy
Last updated July 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how VybeFind (“VybeFind,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the VybeFind platform, the Vybe Eye intelligence layer, and the Vybe Eye Connector plugin for WordPress (together, the “Service”).
Information we collect
Account data. Name, email, organization, and billing details you provide when you create an account or subscribe.
Connected-property data. When you connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, or similar sources, we access the performance metrics you authorize (such as impressions, clicks, positions, and traffic) to produce your analysis and reports. We request the minimum scopes needed and you can disconnect at any time.
WordPress Connector data. When you pair the Vybe Eye Connector, the plugin sends your site URL and host, a one-time pairing code, a locally generated public key, and your WordPress version to establish a secure connection. During normal operation it sends only the identifiers and outcome hashes of the changes it applies. The Connector does not transmit your site’s page content, visitor data, or personal data of your visitors to VybeFind.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the Service — to run analyses, generate recommendations and reports, apply and verify approved changes, provide support, process billing, and secure the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
How the Connector connects
The Vybe Eye Connector communicates only with the VybeFind platform host you configure at pairing. It connects at pairing, then polls for approved changes on a schedule (by default every 15 minutes) and reports the outcome of each applied change. Every payload from the platform is cryptographically verified before anything is applied, and outbound requests are pinned to the host saved at pairing.
Sharing and processors
We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, cloud hosting, our database and authentication provider, our payment processor, email delivery, and search-data providers such as DataForSEO), each under obligations to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service and its users.
Data retention
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and then according to our retention schedule (for example, raw search snapshots and screenshots are pruned on a rolling basis). You can request deletion at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can disconnect any provider, unpair the Connector, and request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information; we honor verified requests as required by applicable law.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, tenant isolation, least-privilege access, and secret storage that is never exposed in client interfaces. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Questions or requests? Email steve@vybefind.com. See also our Terms of Service.
